When does Athletes Peak offer classes?
Athletes Peak offers sports performance classes year round, divided into 4 seasons. There are usually 2-3 classes offered weekly in the fall, winter, and spring. Sports performance classes are offered a minimum of 4 times per week during the summer. Strength training classes are also available during the summer.

Who can sign up for the Sports Performance Classes?
Anybody between the ages of 8 and 20 can sign up. Whether you are trying to make your team, become faster, or just get in better shape, Athletes Peak can help!

How can I register for classes?
You can download the forms from the website or receive them through email. You can register by calling Tony Rienzo to sign up over the phone via (609) 620-6965 or (908) 930-9490. You can email the forms to tony@athletespeak.com or fax them to (609) 620-7640. The forms can also be mailed to Athletes Peak, P.O. Box 6544, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

How can I pay?
Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. Please note that there is a $5 fee for all credit card payments.

Is the schedule flexible?
Yes the schedule is flexible. However, we will ask that you please pick a day and time that you will normally come. We are aware that schedules can change, if so, you can let Tony know ahead of time that you will need to come to another class.

What happens if I don't make all of my sessions?
You will be given a credit for any unused sessions that can be used towards Athletes Peak merchandise or another program. In order to apply the credit to another program, you must pay the full price of that program minus the credit.

How many kids are in each class?
There will be no more than 8-10 kids per class, if not less. Small group training allows for cheaper prices while still being able to work with the kids on a semi-individual basis.

Who coaches the classes?
All coaches are nationally certified along with degrees in the Health and Exercise Science Field, as well as a lot of experience coaching and working with kids and athletes.

What can I expect when I am training with Athletes Peak?
Athletes Peak will work with each athlete and assist him or her in learning the proper mechanics, technique, form and posture of running. Each athlete will learn how to correctly apply the fundamentals of a proper warm-up. Everyone can expect to be faster, more agile, quicker, and more explosive while training.

Is personal training available?
Personal training is available and can be scheduled at times that work out best for each individual. Although slightly more expensive, it is very beneficial to work on your individual needs. Personal training ranges from sport specific training to strength training to anybody who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle.
