Your child may just be starting out in sports, may need to become a little faster, or may just need to stay in shape. Athletes Peak differs from personal training programs in that sports performance is the main focus. We teach skills that will transfer over to any playing field, not just one specific sport. Our goal is to produce better overall athletes. After all, every athlete, no matter which sports he or she plays, needs to be quicker, faster, more agile, and more explosive. All athletes work with coaches who are experienced and successful in assisting athletes of all levels to reach their full potential.
Athletes Peak Sports Performance Programs train athletes in the following areas:
- Flexibility and Mobility
- Correct running technique, posture, and form
- First step quickness and starting ability
- Acceleration and Maximum Velocity or Top Speed
- Footwork and Agility
- Reaction time
- Core strength, body weight strength, and balance and coordination
