DIRECTIONS TO THE AL-RASHID STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CENTER:
*All classes will meet here and then move to either the field house or outdoor track
From Princeton: Take 206 South and make a left immediately before the light at Craven Lane. (This is the second entrance onto the campus, you cannot make a left at the entrance at Gordon Ave.) Upon entering campus, you will have to drive right or left, please stay to the left. Follow that road and make a left at the fork in the road. Make a right at the stop sign and guard shack. The guard shack, tennis courts, and Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center will now be on your left. Make a quick left immediately after the Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center. You will then pass over 2 speed bumps and you will make your first right. The Al-Rashid Strength and Conditioning Center will be on your left. It is a maroon building with green trim and tinted windows.
From the NJ Turnpike: Take the turnpike to exit 7A (I-195W) Take 1-195W to 295N. Continue on 295N and it will turn into 95 South after exit 67. Take exit 7B (206 N) from 95 South. You will pass through 2 traffic lights and make a right immediately before Gordon Ave. onto the campus. You will pass a guard shack, tennis courts and the Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center on your left. Make a left immediately after the Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center. You will then pass over 2 speed bumps and you will make your first right. The Al-Rashid Strength and Conditioning Center will be on your left. From the PA Turnpike: Take the PA Turnpike to Route 1N. Take Route 1N to exit 28 (95N). Take exit 7B (206N). You will pass through 2 traffic lights and make a right immediately before Gordon Ave. onto the campus. You will pass a guard shack, tennis courts and the Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center on your left. Make a left immediately after the Al-Rashid Health and Wellness Center. From South Jersey: Take 295N. Continue onto 95 South. (It will turn into 95 South after exit 67). Take exit 7B (206 N).
