Training Programs
Group Training Classes

These small group training classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings during the school year as well as Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the summer. Please check the Upcoming Events Tab for this upcoming season's schedule. Classes are limited to 8-10 athletes per class to ensure that each athlete receives individual attention and coaching. Athletes can train as often as they would like whether it is once per week or multiple times.

Personal Training

Anybody can train one-on-one. Personal training is a great way to focus just on you and your personal needs and goals, rather than training in a small group. The schedule can be more flexible and some people may prefer to work alone with a coach. Please call or email for more information.

Team Training

Team training is available for any sport on or off site. One day clinics are available as well as setting up a series of sessions over a period of time. We will focus on running mechanics and form work, first step quickness, speed, agility, explosiveness, flexibilty and more! Different programs are available to meet your team needs, whatever they may be. Team Discounts are available, just call or email for more information.
